Reductive clitoridoplasty
An excessively prominent clitoris can be reduced through a procedure that preserves sensitivity. Clitoridoplasty is performed under local or general anesthesia, lasting approximately 20-40 minutes, allowing a full return to normal activities within a few days. Sexual activity can be resumed after 2-3 weeks. Additionally, to shape the skin around the clitoris, if it is excessively redundant, a lifting and housing clitoridoplasty can be performed.
Hymenoplasty
The hymen is a membrane of elastic and fibrous tissue, an embryonic remnant from fetal development that appears highly vascular in youth and becomes avascular over the years. In childhood, the function of the hymen is perhaps to protect against deep vaginal infections, while in adulthood, it becomes a symbol of virginity.
Hymenoplasty is the suturing of the remnants of the hymen. The procedure is reserved for those who, due to cultural or religious reasons, believe in the necessity of an intact hymen.

Treatment of the prominent mons pubis
The taut mons pubis is a significant sign of youth in the genital area. Due to obesity or weight loss, or simply as part of the natural aging process, the mons pubis can become excessively prominent or characterized by sagging. Depending on the case, liposuction, mini tummy tuck, or full tummy tuck procedures may be considered.
Vaginismus and vulvodynia
Vaginismus is a condition characterized by pain in the vagina during penetration. It is a fairly common condition that can be caused by both psychological factors and anatomical alterations that induce muscle spasms. Injecting botulinum toxin into the vaginal wall relaxes the muscles and proves to be very effective in reducing symptoms, although this therapy is recommended only when combined with psychotherapy.
